Overall experience was very comfortable. I really enjoyed that the staff were amicable and very welcoming. Lovely looking and spotless rooms, with good facilities, a private bathroom, a nice garden, that appeared to be useful. The breakfasts was reasonably priced and delicious — fab food.

We really enjoyed this place and would stay here again. This beautiful apartment was a NICE place to stay while in Kochi. It was good to the Fort Cochin area.

We had a really comfortable stay in Kochi short walk to the centre of Fort Kochi as well as local activities and transport. It was great and comfortable to everything in Fort Cochin.

The location of Reds Residency - Homestay is fantastic, with easy access to all the attractions in Fort Cochin. Guests can easily walk or take a TukTuk to explore the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with attached bathrooms that provide ample hot water for showers. The hosts and staff are friendly and accommodating, providing great service and helpful information about local activities. The breakfast is delicious and well-prepared, with a variety of options to choose from. The gathering room is cozy and inviting, with a kitchen area and a library full of books.

Unbeatable and peaceful location just next door to the center as well as fort Kochi, everything great. They offered us plenty of options for breakfast, it was delicious. Spotless rooms and we liked it😀

While staying at Reds Residency - Homestay, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of amenities available for families. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the mini golf course and the vibrant coffee shop on the property. Additionally, we appreciated the convenience of being able to check out events at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, which was just a short distance away. The hotel also provided a restaurant with delicious meals and a fitness center to keep us active. the family-friendly activities and facilities made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

For dads, it would be great to have a dedicated play area for children.

The lounge is perfect for pretending to be a fancy dinner party host. The common area is like a mini library-music-chill zone combo. Breakfast isn't free, but at least they offer it.

Who needs boat tours or spa services when you have perfectly working wifi and a refreshing lack of filtered water? Ugh!
